Training information is provided to help you scoop properly and control costs.  We encourage you to become members of the National Ice Cream Retailers Association (www.nicra.org) and the Great Lakes Ice Cream and Fast Food Association (www.glicffa.com)  to further assist you in becoming successful ice cream retailers.  Both associations offer excellent programs that will give you an opportunity to glean knowledge from seasoned operators in the ice cream business.
